    Miscellaneous Details
    Does one need a diskette to use your facility? Yes. All data files are automatically deleted from the hard drive at startup. To save your work, bring a floppy disk, zip disk, unused CD, USB Flash storage and any other type of drive which can be easily attached to the computer. You can also email your work to yourself, although there are size limitations.
    Can software be downloaded using your facility? Yes - To a Floppy disk, Zip disk, or USB Flash storage.
    Can users run their own licensed software in your facility? No

    All SFSU students with a current student ID card. Yes

    Any Special Restrictions?: Advance Reservations for the lab are only available for College of Education Students. All othe SFSU students can use our facility on a "drop-in" basis.

    Does your facility accept reservations? Yes, only for College of Education students. All others can use the facility on a "drop-in" basis.
    If yes, please describe how reservations are made: Reservations can be made for up to 1 week in advance, for a maximum of 2 hours per day. Reservations are NOT accepted on the voice-mail system.

    Does your facility have a time limit for use?  Yes
    If yes, please describe the time limit: 2 hours per day (users can stay longer if space is available)

    Who can reserve your facility? Only College of Education students can make advance reservations. All other currently enrolled SFSU students can drop-in and use the facility as space permits. A current SFSU ID required at the time of each visit
    Any Special Restrictions?: Only College of Education students can make advance reservations.

    Can instructors ask to have licensed software installed in your facility? 
    Yes
    If yes, please describe: Requests for software installation are limited to College of Education faculty only! The reservations must be made at least one week in advance.
